Lenneke is a Dutch researcher on garden history, focusing on the role and position of head gardeners and on walled kitchen gardens. She did a PhD study on the head gardeners to the House of Oranje-Nassau in the 17th and 18th century and is a member of the Dutch Guild of Head Gardeners. She is retired and used to work as a civil servant. 
At the Ornamental Plant-webinar she will have a General intro to plant movement and introductions, the influence of the floristry movement. She is also a speaker on the Ponds and fountains-webinar on the topic The profession of fountaineer in the 17th century.
