Berthold Holzhöfer is a trained gardener. Before starting a master school and basic studies in horticulture, he worked at different places in Germany and did longer travels around the world. For 20 years he was responsible for the maintenance of private villas and castle gardens. Since 2012 he is the Garden Manager / Head Gardener at Schloss Dyck. Berthold Holzhöfer is responsible for the redesign of many sections in the park and gardens, new tree plantings and the management of the gardening staff.
